Data & AI Disclosure
How we use AI — and how we handle your data
We build AI into the way businesses work. So we think you should know exactly how we use it — in our own work, and in yours — and where a person stays in charge. This page says it plainly.
We use AI in our own work
We use AI in how we run the business — in research, drafting, and outreach. It helps us work faster and reach more people without a bigger team. A person is responsible for everything that goes out under our name.
We use AI in the work we do for you — with a person signing it off
When we deliver work for a client, AI does some of the lifting. That's the point of hiring us. But:
- Nothing ships without a person checking it. We review what AI produces before it reaches you or your customers. The judgement, the sign-off, and the responsibility are human.
- You always know what's running. We tell you where AI is doing the work, where it's assisting a person, and where the job is genuinely better done by a person or a simpler tool. We'll say so when AI isn't the right answer.
- We don't ship a black box. You'll understand what we've built, how it fits the tools you already run, and how to live with it after we're done.
We measure what we do against a baseline
Before we change anything, we agree what "working" looks like and find out where you stand today. After the work, we measure again against that same starting point. You see the difference — not a claim, a number.
Sometimes the numbers to measure from aren't there yet — plenty of businesses don't track the thing that's actually costing them. When that happens, setting the baseline is part of the early work: with your agreement, we pull together the history we need so there's a real starting point to measure against, instead of guessing.
This is how we keep ourselves honest: the result is checked against the starting point we set with you, not against a promise we made in a pitch.
Your personal data
This page is about how we use AI. How we collect and handle your personal information — including anything you send through the workshop request form — is covered in our Privacy Policy.
In short: we collect only what we need to reply to you and run the workshop you asked for. We don't sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing, and you have full rights over it.
We do use website analytics, and we've chosen a tool that can't identify you: it sets no cookies, doesn't follow you to other sites, and doesn't build a profile. It tells us which pages get read, and nothing about who read them. That's also why this site has no cookie banner — there's nothing here for you to accept or refuse.
